I am Dan, and I am a fully qualified, accredited, and insured Domestic Energy Assessor covering the West Sussex Area, South Surrey, and East Hampshire.
I have a wealth of property knowledge, having previous experience in the Property and Residential Lettings Sector working for two highly successful agents in the West Sussex and Brighton and Hove areas. As well as completing thousands of EPC and Stock Condition Surveys for many local authorities and housing associations.
We aim to be able to lodge your EPC within 48 Hours of the assessment. In most cases, we lodge the EPC the same day as payment is received.
We also offer floor plans that can be used to aid the marketing of your property, showing potential clients a detailed plan of your property.

WHY DO I NEED AN EPC?
It is a legal requirement before you can market your property for either sale or to let to obtain an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
As of 2020, a rental property will require a rating of E or above legally for you to be able to let out of your property. An EPC is valid for 10 years.
EPC assesses the energy efficiency of a dwelling from data collected by an assessor from visiting the property such as the type of construction of the property, its age, the amount of insulation in situ and heating systems in use.
EPC will give a rating between A (being the most energy efficient) and G (least energy efficient) and gives recommendations on how to improve the energy rating of your property.
